Simple Plan es una banda canadiense de pop formada en el año 1999,terminando su formación completa en el año 2000. Perfect es el cuarto sencillo del álbum No Pads, No Helmets... Just Balls. Ésta trata sobre las distintas presiones que los jóvenes encuentran en sus familia. En la canción se destaca la acusación del cantante hacia sus padres, los cuales de alguna manera critican o presionan a la persona a hacer las cosas de cierta forma.
